Foundation for the Development of International and Educational Activity – FRAME is a non-governmental organisation established by university professors and experienced practitioners in response to ongoing socio-economic changes in Poland and across Europe. The foundation’s mission is to foster international cooperation among local communities by supporting education, professional development and citizens’ well-being.

Drawing on its strong academic background, FRAME develops and implements innovative educational and social initiatives focused on lifelong learning, active ageing, and the social and professional activation of diverse target groups. Since its creation on 1 October 2008, the M3Cube association aims to fight e-exclusion and reinforce intergenerational solidarity in the digital society, through intergenerational activities for digital training and informal lifelong learning.

It acts as a bridge between generations, promoting intergenerational and intercultural communication and enabling everyone to learn from each other by cultivating the values of listening, exchange and fairness, and a laboratory for conceptualising new ideas for the implementation of technological developments for advances in the societal field. Its activities and areas of expertise includes:

  • ICT courses for everyday life, on a variety of topics such as digital technology, online safety, health, environmental protection, the economy and the media;
  • Intergenerational workshops for interactive games, treasure hunts, photo editing and video software;
  • Storytelling and intergenerational transmission of local and European memories and knowledge;
  • Creating intergenerational dialogue to boost citizen action against climate change;
  • Transfer of pedagogical methods for disadvantaged groups and networking between associations with a view to pooling resources.

Foundation TERRA is a Bulgarian NGO working actively in the field of European cooperation in education and training, including vocational training. It was established in January 2025 with the main aim to support the development of businesses and communities through encouragement of entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity and vocational training.

TERRA also focus on enhancement of the engagement and active participation of youth in the social and cultural life on local, national and EU level trough awareness raising campaigns, engaging local and regional stakeholders and fostering voluntarism, civil participation and involvement of local communities.

TERRA work actively also to support & promote environment protection and sustainability, green & circular economy and raising awareness of the environmental impact of ones’ actions.

TERRA founders are experts with significant experience in various EU programmes and in work with different group incl. SMEs, start-up companies, socially disadvantaged groups, groups in risk of social exclusion, various local communities, etc.
