We have started!
On March 17th and 18th, 2026, partners gathered in the beautiful city of Paris for the official Kick-Off meeting of our new Erasmus+ project: Social Shift! Hosted by the wonderful team at M3Cube, these two days were filled with inspiring discussions, collaborative planning, and a shared vision for the future.

Presenting the project in Slovakia
As part of the HR community of Eastern Slovakia, Timan had the opportunity to present the Social Shift project at our first local kick-off event in Slovakia, held in Košice.
HR professionals and managers from 17 companies joined the session. The discussion was lively and interactive. The project sparked strong interest, many questions, and practical ideas for implementation.
We are glad to see this topic resonating across companies and the HR community, opening important conversations about the future of work and life beyond it.

Presenting the project in Poland
The first local kick-off event in Poland allowed the participants to join an inspiring workshop titled “Give and Take – Discover Your Role in the Community.”
The session was led by Adam Gogacz, who guided participants through a reflective and engaging process focused on:
identifying personal strengths and resources
exploring how we can contribute to others
understanding the importance of both giving and receiving support
discovering the power of peer learning across generations
The workshop also introduced the main ideas behind the Social Shift project, which aims to support pre-retirees and retirees in embracing new and meaningful social roles ![]()
It was a great opportunity to connect, exchange experiences, and start building a stronger, more engaged community

Presenting the project in Bulgaria
TERRA has successfully hosted the local Kick-Off meeting for the Social Shift project on 25 April 2026. The event was a great success with 25 adult participants joining us to discover the core mission, objectives, and upcoming steps of this exciting initiative.
During the meeting, attendees had the opportunity to dive deep into the project’s activities and learn firsthand how they can get involved and benefit from the future training and engagement opportunities we are developing.
A huge thanks to all the participants for their energy, curiosity, and valuable insights!
